Below is a list of insurance providers with whom we are in-network. We recommend verifying with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for services received at Wellness Health and Therapy,.
If your insurance provider is not listed or does not cover services at Wellness Health and Therapy,, you will be responsible for out-of-network fees or required to pay cash for services.

Payment Options
Clients may also pay in cash for services. Co-payments can be made using:
- Cash
- Credit Card
- HSA (Health Savings Account) Card
- Debit Card
All co-payments are due at the time of service.
Cash Pay Rates
- Initial 40-Minute Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation: $200
- 20-Minute Medication Follow-Up & Refills Session: $150
- 45-Minute Medical Marijuana Consultation: $250
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are considered a no-show and will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
